Dr. Mary C. Medford, Co-Founder
Office of Apostle
Mary Medford is President and Founder of Strategic Alliance International whose purpose is to equip, release, ordain and establish apostolic and prophetic ministry and Kingdom leaders (per Ephesians 4:12-13) throughout the Carolinas and the Nations. She is ordained as a minister under International Breakthrough Ministries / Glory of Zion, and under Generals International. Apostle Medford was initially ordained as a minister of the gospel in 2000 through The Mission Church International; then ordained as an Apostle by Apostle Barbara Wentroble on March 30, 2012, and as an Apostle-Prophet in April 2023. Mary has a strong building and breaker anointing, and has helped emerging leaders to build their ministries and discover their spheres of influence. She is Founder of the Ekklesia of the Carolinas , CityGate Charlotte and Carolina Strategic Prayer Alliance, a strategic intercessory ministry whose purpose is to strategically intercede and open up regions to usher in revival, transformation and reformation. She is married to Pastor Jeff Medford, who is Co-Founder with her for Strategic Alliance International, and is stepmother to Jeff's three adult children, Joel (& Virginia); Drew (& Miranda); and Kendall; and G-Mommy to Joseph and William; and stepmom to two girls, Riley and Bailey. Mary is a Registered Nurse who still practices RN Case Management on an on-call basis.
Jeff Medford, Co-Founder
Office of Pastor
Jeff was initially ordained as a Pastor with Bolston Baptist Church in 2001, and serves as an Apostolic Pastor for Strategic Alliance International. He was ordained into the Office of Apostolic Pastor by Apostle Barbara Wentroble of International Breakthrough Ministries in April 2023. Jeff has a passion to disciple men and to help those in need in the community. He is an emerging apologetic voice, and has a passion for government and our Nation. He is also a Constitutional Coach, along with his wife, Mary, for Patriot Academy under Rick Green. At heart Jeff is an athlete, as he is a former Gardner Webb University Guard from 1976-80, and loves following certain teams, coaches, owners and players and provides biblical commentary. Jeff comes from a lineage of pastors, as his dad, Joe Medford, was a pastor in churches in the mountains of North Carolina; and like his dad, has a tremendous love for people, and has joy in serving them and meeting their needs. He is also Founder of LiveChangers for Me First, a ministry where Jeff shares biblical concepts put into modern day language and scenarios, with the purpose of bringing sound biblical truth to those who are ready to hear. Jeff has three adult children Joel (& Virginia), Drew (& Miranda) and Kendall, and is G-Daddy to two boys, Joseph and William; and also stepdad to two girls Riley and Bailey.

Linda Neal
Office of Prophet
Linda is a resident of Moravian Falls, North Carolina. She has a strong prophetic gifting, is a prophetic researcher, and is a powerful intercessor and watchman. Linda also serves as the SAI Territorial Regional Leader for the NC Northern and Southern Mountains, and the NW Region of North Carolina, which includes the TRIAD. In addition, Linda Neal is also the Heartland Apostolic Prayer Network Apostolic State Leader for North Carolina and also has a strong passion for the Native Americans, especially the Eastern Band Cherokee here in North Carolina, drawing from her heritage via her family ancestor, Daniel Boone; and is in network with Native American Tribes outside of North Carolina as well, which has been growing steadily.

Laura Oxendine

Laura is a powerful preacher and teacher of the gospel and is a prophetic intercessor with a breaker anointing, who has a heart for the lost and is an emerging prophetic revivalist, holding gatherings and outreaches to reach the lost. She was ordained into the Office of Evangelist in March 2024 for Strategic Alliance International by Apostle Mary Medford. Laura also serves the IPHC, certified by Christian International to teach about the Voice of God and the prophetic. Laura is the Regional Territorial Prayer Leader and emerging strategist for SAI for several counties in the South-West NC Coast, and is Founder of I-95 Prayer. She is a single mom to her daughter Aubrey.

Dr. Venessa Battle
Office of Teacher
Dr. Venessa Battle is Founder of New Gate Global Bible College, an online, affordable college that teaches current, practical cutting edge classes for ministries today. She comes on in this new role with SAI in the Office of Teacher, whose role will be to practically equip the saints for the work of ministry per Ephesians 4:11-13. For this purpose, we will utilize her New Gate Global Bible College online, which provides certification and degrees at an purposefully affordable cost to train our current prayer leaders and ministers, and those who outside of our ministry who want to take classes and begin the journey in finding their ministry and purpose. We are excited beyond measure to have Dr. Venessa Battle on our Five Fold Team to upgrade and advance us so we can advance the Kingdom of God here and to the Nations.
